First song of the "Delayed" album of Swedish Space Rock Band "Algarnas Tradgard", made with songs recorder in 1974, but not published until 2001.

Plötzlich überkam mich das unstillbare Verlangen, mal wieder diese alte Band zu hören. Da dieses Album im Alphabet oben steht, habe ich es mir gegriffen und bin doch ein wenig ergriffen von diesen Tönen.



Und ein schickes Plattencover ist es auch noch.

So ähnlich ging es mir heute abend mit Tales...
Entweder war es die Atmosphäre - im Gartenstuhl auf der Wiese während des Sonnenuntergangs, um mich herum nur Grün und mit einem Grappa - oder ich habe dieses Album wieder neu für mich entdeckt.
1973/74 jedenfalls hat es mich fasziniert. Umso schöner, wenn es mich nach solch langer, langer Zeit wieder "abholt". :bye2:

About the new version:
"The re-recording of Tangram wasn't easy at all. Lots of samples and instruments had to be re-discovered to get as close as possible to the atmosphere of the original recording. At the same time it had to be the sound of 2008. Research for the original synth guitar from the Japanese Roland company as well as endless puzzelings within TD's older sampling library was a very time consuming factor. Fortunately Christian Gstettner who had administered a great portion of TD's Sound library back in 1980 did also work on the new project. So after a couple of months most of the basic work was done. Edgar did play most of the parts by himself. Today -- after 28 years -- Tangram sounds as if it would have been recorded now -- with musical strength and the incomparable TD sound."
